order placement Monday thru Saturday. Orders for items that are not
in-stock, typically ship within 5 business days of order placement.
Customers are notified via email the day the merchandize leaves the
factory. Appropriate tracking information is provided within the email so
that you may track your product delivery.
STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES: All orders within the
United States ship via United States Postal Service (standard shipping).
Standard shipping and handling charges will be invoiced during the on-line
order process. Typical United States Postal Service shipments take
3-10 business days for delivery throughout the United States after the order
has been fulfilled.
DELIVERY: Upon customer request, SJL Products Inc. will ship via
Fedex 3-day, 2-day or next day delivery to locations where these services
are available and when all products are in stock at the time the order is

to make arrangements for express delivery service and to provide payment for
express delivery shipping fees.
STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: SJL Products Inc. ships products
internationally via the United States Post Office. Typical delivery times
take from 5 to 20 business days. During the on-line order process, customers
who desire shipment to Canada must select "Air Mail (Canadian orders)".
For shipment to other countries select "Air Mail (Foreign)". The
shopping cart will calculate the correct shipping and handling fees and add
them to your order.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: High value orders are shipped insured and
typically require signature upon delivery. Please inspect all
new deliveries prior to signing for the merchandize. Any inconsistencies,
damage, or abnormalities must be noted in writing and returned according to
